New researchers join CEPR in January 2024
Dr. Abhik Roy is an Associate Research Scientist at CEPR with over a decade of experience leading and conducting evaluations. He earned both a B.S. and M.S. in mathematics, and a Ph.D. in Program Evaluation. Dr. Roy is a methodologist and former Assistant Professor with expertise in data science & visualization, social network analysis, statistical modeling, survey design, and text analytics.
As a mixed methods evaluator, his work frequently involves the use of multiple approaches often employing a variety of tools and programming languages. In addition, he is a frequent contributor to the field of evaluation having presented at various academic conferences, authored several peer-reviewed publications, and served as an Associate Editor for the Journal of MultiDisciplinary Evaluation.
