Evaluation, Policy, & Research

What We Do

Our work focuses on three main areas: Evaluation, Policy, and Research.

These focus areas are inherently interrelated within real-world contexts and many of our projects include two, or even all three, of these components. All services are rigorous, high-quality, and non-partisan and address real-world problems within, and across, multiple sectors.

Evaluation services

We draw from a wide range of formative and summative evaluation methodologies and strategies to help clients:

  • Examine the impact and effectiveness of their policies, programs, and/or practices
  • Understand how programs are being implemented on the ground
  • Understand the connections between program design and intended outcomes (i.e., program theory or logic model development)
  • Understand how to best use formative feedback for improving policies, programs, and practices
  • Build internal evaluation capacities and capabilities
  • Leverage community engaged partnerships leading to actionable solutions

Evaluation services are tailored to the needs of the client and key stakeholders and designed to produce the most rigorous and meaningful data possible within the context and resources of each given project.
