After a competitive search, Dr. Stephen Hiller was promoted to Assistant Research Scientist in July after completing his doctoral studies in higher education in May. Stephen brings a wealth of evaluation and research experience from nearly every role that has existed at CEPR to his new position.
As one of CEPR’s newest Research Scientists, Stephen looks forward to applying his skills in CEPR’s funded randomized control trial (RCT) and quasi-experimental design (QED) projects, as well as continuing his collaborations and scholarship higher education studying faculty, teaching, and student engagement.
