CEPR conducts rigorous, high-quality, and non-partisan research that addresses real-world problems within, and across, multiple sectors (e.g., health and medicine, business and industry, workforce development, criminal justice, human and social services, government, science, technology, engineering, mathematics and computer science (STEM+C), international development, and education).
CEPR conducts original research in key areas of interest to the research team with funding from external contracts and grants from federal agencies and private foundations. In addition, CEPR often partners with other faculty (both IU and non-IU faculty), university Centers (both IU and other institutions of higher education), and national and international organizations to conduct original research.
CEPR serves as a strong research partner for individuals and organizations that are seeking additional methodological expertise, infrastructure, and/or capacity. Our services related to research include collaborative relationships where CEPR works in partnership to conduct research, providing services and capacity related to data collection and/or analyses (e.g., conducting focus groups, conducting interviews, analyzing quantitative or qualitative data), and serving as a methodological consultant.
