CEPR conducts rigorous, high-quality, and non-partisan policy research that addresses real-world problems within, and across, multiple sectors (e.g., health and medicine, business and industry, workforce development, criminal justice, human and social services, government, science, technology, engineering, mathematics and computer science (STEM+C), international development, and education). We draw from a wide range of methodologies and strategies to help organizations:
- Examine the content, implementation, and/or impact of a policy
- Understand the goals of a policy, its implementation, and the underlying logic for why the policy will produce the intended change
- Identify the barriers to and facilitators of policy implementation
- Determine the impact and effectiveness of a policy in achieving its intended outcomes
