CEPR conducts rigorous, high-quality, and non-partisan evaluations that address real-world problems within, and across, multiple sectors (e.g., health and medicine, business and industry, workforce development, criminal justice, human and social services, government, science, technology, engineering, mathematics and computer science (STEM+C), international development, and education). We draw from a wide range of formative and summative evaluation methodologies and strategies to help organizations:
- Examine the impact and effectiveness of their policies, programs, and/or practices
- Understand how programs are being implemented on the ground
- Understand the connections between program design and intended outcomes (i.e., program theory or logic model development)
- Understand how to best use formative feedback for improving policies, programs, and practices
- Build internal evaluation capacities and capabilities
